Four Seasons

Visiting over 73 hotels worldwide, Kimberly led the food and beverage division and guided the development of a 5-year strategic plan that aligned with the brand’s commitment to luxury and innovation. Under her leadership, Four Seasons earned 33 Michelin stars, further elevating the company’s culinary reputation.

 

Her “EPIC” initiative—centered on excellence, passion, innovation, and creativity—became a unifying mantra for the team, energizing the brand and enhancing guest experiences around the world.

ThinkFoodGroup

Kimberly spearheaded the development of ThinkFoodGroup’s omnichannel revenue model, expanding its presence beyond traditional locations.

 

By launching new concepts at venues like universities, sports arenas, and corporate campuses, she significantly broadened the brand’s reach, culminating in the successful launch of the 36,000-square-foot New York City food hall at Hudson Yards.

Ruby Tuesday

During her tenure as President, Kimberly managed over 800 locations and 30,000+ team members. She transformed Ruby Tuesday into a cohesive, high-performing operation, building a unified leadership team and establishing a culture of collaboration that elevated the guest experience across all locations.

Blackberry Farm

Serving in a board capacity, Kimberly collaborated closely with Blackberry Farm’s leadership, focusing on balancing the brand’s storied legacy with modern business practices.

 

Her guidance emphasized the importance of disciplined systems and processes, helping the company achieve its profitability goals while maintaining its high standards and unique charm.
